Building Whole Men

Restoring God's design for manhood

You may look strong and still feel exhausted.

You may have built a career, a family, a reputation, or a life others admire, and still feel disconnected from God, yourself, and the people you love. You do not need to become a different man to be worthy. You need freedom to become the man God created you to be.

Hundredsof men around the world

have healed and found their voice. You can heal, grow, and become who God intended you to be.

Does any of this feel familiar?

Tap anything that sounds like you. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere. This is just for you.

If you see yourself here, you are not alone, and you are not beyond hope.

Why are you tired?

Tiredness is not always a lack of sleep. Sometimes it is the cost of carrying an identity you had to build to survive.

I am tired because…

    Where does the tiredness live?

Choose one for a short guided path: signs to notice, what may be going on, and three steps for this week.

The patterns men learn to live in

Every man develops ways of coping with pain, pressure, rejection, fear, and unmet needs. These are not personality types. They are patterns you learned, and patterns can change.

Some men perform. Some disappear. Some control. Some please. Some stay busy. Some become hard. What helped you survive may not be able to help you become whole.

Wherever you are, we'll walk with you.

Men come to us at every stage of life. Through one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and mentorship, we help you move from where you are to who God created you to be.

    Coaching

    Rebuilding after mistakes

You've failed, fallen, or made choices you regret, and you're ready to take responsibility and rebuild.

    Coaching

    Emotional baggage

Old wounds can keep an eagle crawling. You're ready to lay the weight down, heal, and rise again.

    Brotherhood

    Doing life with brothers

You're tired of carrying life alone and want men around you who tell the truth and stay.

But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
    Isaiah 40:31 (KJV)

    What do you need today?

Not every man is ready to dig into his past or join a group. Start with what's true right now.

    The road to wholeness

Wholeness is not self-perfection. It is integration under the lordship of Christ, and it happens over time, with others.

    1. See yourself clearly

Name what you carry and the pattern that has been carrying you.

    2. Understand it with compassion

Learn what that pattern was protecting, without excusing it or condemning yourself.

    3. Bring it into God's light

Honest prayer, confession where it's needed, and truth from Scripture.

    4. Practice a new way

Small, concrete habits that make room for rest, honesty, and self-control.

    5. Walk with brothers

Men who know your name, your story, and your next step.

    6. Become whole over time

Faithfulness, not flawless performance. Growth you can see in your home and work.

    Pathways to wholeness

Teaching, practices, and conversations for the areas where men most often get stuck.

    Identity and sonship

Working from who God says you are, not to earn it.

    Emotional health

Strength that can feel, name, and carry emotion without being ruled by it.

    Sexual integrity

Grace, truth, and practical help for habits that hide in the dark.

    Marriage and fatherhood

Moving from provision alone to presence.

    Father wounds and forgiveness

Grieving what you didn't receive and being fathered by God.

    Anger and self-control

What sits underneath the anger, and how to repair after it.

    Purpose, work, and leadership

Calling over comparison. Vocation without losing yourself.

    Prayer and spiritual formation

Reconnecting with God when faith has gone dry.

    Brotherhood and accountability

Friendship that tells the truth and stays.

    Habits, discipline, and health

Caring for the body God gave you, one sustainable step at a time.

What we believe about whole men

    • God created you with dignity, purpose, responsibility, and the capacity for relationship.
    • Brokenness may have distorted your patterns, but it does not erase God's image in you.
    • A whole man can be strong without being harsh, and tender without being passive.
    • Healing does not erase responsibility. Grace gives a man strength to tell the truth and make repair.

    Where we are going

Home to God. Rooted in truth. Receiving your identity as a beloved son, and growing into the man you were created and redeemed to become.

God meets you without shame, but He loves you too much to leave destructive patterns unchallenged. You are not condemned. You are invited into transformation.

    Dr. David Sola-Popoola

Dr. David Sola-Popoola is a physician, serial entrepreneur, leadership scholar, pastor, and author who has spent decades walking with men through the hardest seasons of life. His ministry has taken him across Nigeria, Romania, and the United States, and his doctoral research focused on leadership and how people grow within complex systems.

He has built and leads multiple businesses, so he knows firsthand the pressure men carry to provide, lead, and perform. He brings the eye of a physician, the drive of an entrepreneur, the insight of a leadership scholar, and the heart of a pastor to one conviction: no man is beyond restoration. He is the author of The Pursuit of Mastery: Developing Capacity for Excellence, Free Will: Embracing the Journey of Surrender, and the Thrive 365 series.

You were not meant to do this alone.

Brotherhood is not a place to hide from life. It is a place to become equipped to live faithfully in it.

Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.
    Ecclesiastes 4:9–10 (KJV)

    Brotherhood Circles

Small groups of men who meet regularly to tell the truth, pray, and hold each other to their next step.

    Mentoring and coaching

One-on-one conversations with a seasoned man of faith for direction in marriage, work, and calling.

    Gatherings

Breakfasts, retreats, and teaching nights where men can come in without having to say anything yet.

    Confidentiality is our top priority.

We do not cover to destroy. We cover to restore, to rebuild, and to help every man become.

    • What you share stays in the room. Stories told in a circle, a coaching session, or a mentoring conversation are not repeated.
    • No shame, no gossip. We handle every man's story with dignity, the way we would want ours handled.
    • The one exception is safety. If someone's life is at risk or a child is in danger, we will act to protect them.
Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
    Galatians 6:1 (KJV)
A talebearer revealeth secrets: but he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth the matter.
    Proverbs 11:13 (KJV)
